NO POINTS TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #12. Keep all food service equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (f). Observed microwave in kitchen with food residue build up. #48. Keep the facility free of rodents, insects and vermin. 15A NCAC 18A .2831 (b). Observed several flies inside of restroom in school age room 1.
