General Comments

Brittany Deluca was present during the inspection. Critical violations #15 and #29 have been corrected. Hot water at the kitchen 3 compartment sink was 143.5F. NO DEMERITS ISSUED FOR THE FOLLOWING: #31 - Re- organize and clean exterior closet and hallway closet. **Keep all storage areas clean. #39 - Observed debris in one light in the prek-2 room. **Investigate cause of debris and keep light fixture clean. NOTE: Review glove use policy with all staff members. Observed a care giver put on gloved for food service, then pick up a dropped pacifier from the floor with gloved hand, then handled clean utensils. The care giver was directed to change gloves by director. NOTE: Observed some children with runny nosed in the toddler room. Routinely wipe nosed and wash hands to prevent contaminating toys, furniture and equipment.
