15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e) Hot water shall be maintained between 80°F and 110°F at handwashing sinks accessible to children. Observed hot water sinks reach 105-110F but then rapidly go back down to below 80F. Water in 4K classroom sitting at 70F. Ensure hot water is between 80-110F. |
