NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #5 - Observed cereal and other snacks in kitchen area that were not stored in re-sealable containers/bags. Store these food items in re-sealable bags or containers to prevent pest attraction. **Food storage in classrooms shall be limited to foods that are individually packaged unless the room is equipped with a food preparation area. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (b) **Store all foods in approved re-sealable bags or containers once opened. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (a) #37 - Observed wall damage in closet of cafeteria. **Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. CRITICAL VIOLATIONS #29 AND #15 HAVE BEEN CORRECTED. Facility was having issues with electrical system being able to heat water. Issue has been fixed.
