The kitchen dishwashing sink shall be supplied with hot water at 120°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). Observed no hot water in kitchen. PIC said this is an ongoing and sporadic problem. Figure out what cause is and repair. If water heater needs repair/replacement contact us for proper sizing and pull all appropriate code enforcement permits. |

Key to lock for cabinet with hazardous items stored less than 5 feet above floor in room K3. Essential oil misters are considered hazardous products, and are not allowed. emailing email dated 8/30/17 from Stephen Graham on this matter. |
