General Comments

Ms. Preston was present during the inspection. NO POINTS ISSED FOR THE FOLLOWING: 5. Observed commercially packaged almond milk sent by a parent was labeled with date opened 4/19 and as stored in dorm style refrigerator in room 113. **Ensure that commercialy packaged milk sent by parents are unopened containers sent in on Monday and returned to the parent on Friday of the same week. Commercially containers of milk must be stored in kitchen refrigerator (not dorm style refrigerator). 25. (CRITICAL) Observed tylenol, alcohol wipes, neosporin and other medications were stored in an unlocked first-aid kit on a shelf in room 110. **Store all medication in a separate locked box or cabinet.
