General Comments

#13 Observed singe service spoon with debris present at spoon end. Kids have not returned from outside and spoon was replaced. Keep single service items clean and in good repair. #30 Observed broom and bucket stored in bathroom of room 110. Limit storage to diapering and toileting items only. Ms. Preston was present during inspection.**Per Ms. Preston linen is taken off site and washed at laundry mat.
