General Comments

#29 Observed hazardous products stored 7ft off the ground in kitchen. Kitchen is not utilized to prepare food all lunches are brought from home. Kids were down for a nap during time of inspection._ Keep door locked to kitchen when not in use. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). #34 Observed sticky tape residue present on shelving and toys throughout class rooms in need of cleaning. **Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b).#31 Observed hall closet cluttered in need of reorganizing to facilitate easy cleaning. **Adequate space shall be provided for the storage of equipment, furniture, toys, clothes, linens, backpacks, book bags, diaper bags, beds, cots, mats, and supplies and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (a).List of approved space has been requested. Hand out was given on proper procedures to prepare sanitizer/disinfectant. Ms. Carolyn Preston was present during inspection
