Observed the water in the kitchen dishwashing sink at 104F. *CRITICAL VIOLATION* Water was left running for about 15 minutes.
The kitchen dishwashing sink shall be supplied with hot water at 120°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e).
*The temperature is lower today from the previous inspection on 7/19/18.
