Amy Kromah was present during the inspection. The following handouts were issued: Thermometer calibration instructions, Disinfection Preparation, and Toilet Training Procedure#7 - Observed the metal stem thermometer was not accurate. **Provide a numerically scaled metal stem-type thermometer accurate to 2°F. 15A NCAC 18A .2807 (h)#29 - Observed the exterior storage room was left unlocked. The room contained an empty gas can. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). #46 - No CCA treated wood present.#49 - Observed a large pile of wood in the backyard. **At child care centers, the premises, including the outdoor learning environment, shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (a).
