NO POINTS DEDUCTED (#4) All potentially hazardous food products shall be maintained at 45°F, or below, or 140°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (f) Observed (potentially hazardous food) products stored inside hot holding unit measuring below 140F (pintos = 122) (gravy = 100). CDI products heated to 165F and placed into functioning hot unit. (#31) Adequate space shall be provided for the storage of equipment, furniture, toys, clothes, linens, backpacks, book bags, diaper bags, beds, cots, mats, and supplies and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (a). Observed storage of toys and misc items underneath hand sink drain lines inside (Clown, Jungle, Fairies) classrooms.
