No demerits were issued for the following: 21. Observed one loose toilet seat in Meck PreK 2. Needs to be tightened. **Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). 29. Observed shaving cream in aerosol can unlocked in Toddler room. Shaving cream was used for art project, explained that it must remain locked. CRITICAL VIOLATION **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b).
