Clean area around faucet fixture on hand washing sink in 4's room---> cleaned at time of inspection.***Keep hand washing sinks clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (a). #28.Observed tooth paste not locked away in 2's room. Tooth paste locked away at time of inspection. Keep all medication including tooth paste locked away!**All medications must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (d). #32.
