Today observed loose wall moulding in classrooms and loose rubber cove base floor moulding in hallway area. Tightly secure loose wall moulding and rubber cove base floor moulding throughout where needed. Replace frayed rugs in classroom area. Remove any protruding screws in door framing in older toddler room. Clean wall in infant room beside/behind food prep counter. Replace broken and missing floor tiles where modular units come together.**Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. |
