General Comments: #27. Monitor small spot on base of diaper changing table in infant room where laminate/sealant is missing. Replace diaper changing table in older 2's where varnish/sealant is worn from table. Note was posted on table not to use! Was informed that all children in that class were potty trained. ***Diaper changing surface must be easily cleanable, non-absorbent, smooth, and intact. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (b). #34. Continue to clean hard plastic porous chairs in pre k room.**Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). #37. Touch-up paint door framing to classroom and area around trash can storage area in classrooms. Might want to re-position trash cans near hand washing sinks in classroom area so hinge area of trash can does not damage wall.***Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.
