Observed water in water play sensory table and teacher informed me that water in sensory table had been there since this morning. Empty, clean and sanitize water play table periodically throughout the day. After morning center time with water play table; clean, sanitize and let air dry. Place water in sensory table just before table is to be used in the afternoon. Clean underside edge of table and handles on chairs in infant room. Observed damaged cabinet door remove from cabinet in far back classroom and protruding hinge is sticking out from door. Remove protruding hinge from cabinet door.
Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). |
