NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #34 - Observed improvement with toy cleaning. Observed counter top with mini fridge in infant room with missing siding. Observed partition between hand sinks in infant room with chipping wood. Observed shelving, baby cribs, and other furniture throughout with tape residue collecting debris. **Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). #49 - Observed wood fencing on outside parameter of playground with broken/missing wood planks. Director stated fence does not belong to daycare. **Keep the premises clean and free of dilapidated structures and broken play equipment. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (a). Critical violation #4 has been corrected. Facility has obtained brand new refrigerator and it is holding foods at temperatures as low as 36F.
