General Comments

NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #5 - Observed mixed veggies in large tupperware container from the 16th. Ensure that heat-treated food items are not cooled in domestic refrigerator. **Child care centers, licensed for 13 or more children, are not approved to use domestic refrigerators to cool food. 15A NCAC 18A .2810 (d). #29 - CRITICAL VIOLATION Observed large container of Fabuloso cleaner and Draino being stored on low shelf in kitchen. PIC was informed that all cleaners are to be stored behind separate lock and key even if they are stored behind a locked door in the kitchen. Items were relocated to locked storage closet. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). #31 - Observed back storage closet with excess storage in need of organization. Improvement was sen from previous inspection where there is a full walk-way in storage closet. **Adequate space shall be provided for the storage of equipment, furniture, toys, clothes, linens, backpacks, book bags, diaper bags, beds, cots, mats, and supplies and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (a). #48 - Observed ants in the kitchen. **Keep facility free of pests.
