Observed refrigerator thermometer and inspector thermometer in refrigerator indicating 51 degrees F. All potentially hazardous food partly frozen (milk). Butter in rear of refrigerator at 45 degrees F. Recommend monitoring refrigerator to ensure that all food in the refrigerator is 45 degrees F or below. Recommending facility keep refrigerator between 38 and 41 degrees F and keep water in bottle for testing.34.
