Observed the closet in the kitchen unlocked. Inside the closet is aerosol cooking spray and chafing fuel. *CRITICAL VIOLATION* All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). 34. Observed the paint peeling on the toy shelf in the playroom. Repaint.
