General Comments

#25 Observed disinfectant below 500 ppm chlorine concentration. At time there were no children in diapers at facility. Ensure proper disinfectant solution provided. Next inspection if disinfectant is to be found low a provisional classification will be issued.**To clean and disinfect diapering surface: 1) Spray soapy water onto surface 2) Wipe off soapy water 3) Spray disinfectant onto surface until surface is glistening wet 4) Let disinfectant sit for at least 2 minutes or until air dry. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (d).#27 Observed slight tear in underside of diaper changing pad. Per operator hand' s and child's hands are wiped after clean diaper is placed on.
