General Comments

In child care centers, areas accessible to children shall be free of identified lead poisoning hazards as defined in G.S. 130A-131.7(7). Observed peeling paint on boarders around the playground at all of the childcare facility's building, (Precious Child Academy buildings #1, 2, & 3). Did not take points for this because I performed a Pb swab test which revealed possible presence of Pb. A service request order has been requested for further assessment to confirmed or deny the presence of Pb.
