NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #19 - Observed cleaning needed on water fountain nozzles by library and by gym. Observed water fountain with low pressure by library. **Keep water fountains clean at all times. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (f). **Water pressure at drinking fountains must be high enough so that water clears mouth nozzle, and so that water does not splash on the floor. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (f). #30 - Repeat Observed sanitizer spray bottle labeled A2B in Pre-k 4.
