No Points Deducted Today: 11. & 26. Observed the spray bottle labeled as Disinfectant in room 1. Label bottle for what chemical is in it: A2B. Prepare a wipe-on or spray-on sanitizer daily at 50 to 200 ppm chlorine. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (d) Prepare disinfectant between 500-800 ppm chlorine daily. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (c ) and .2801 (7). 29. Observed multiple aerosol cans and disinfectant wipes stored unlocked on the cubbies in the room used as storage connected to room 3. The only barrier in between the two rooms is a table. -Observed an aerosol can of air freshener stored unlocked on the cubbies in the room used as storage connected to room 2. The only barrier in between the two rooms is a table. *NO HAZARDOUS ITEMS MAY BE STORED UNLOCKED IN THESE AREAS. Follow the rule below. (CRITICAL VIOLATION). All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b).
