Ms. W. Johnson was present during the inspection. Critical violation #15 had been corrected. NO POINTS WERE ISSUED FOR THE FOLLOWING: 16. Observed the hot water at the infant diaper changing sink and food prep sink was 110F. Monitor water temperature accessible to children to ensure it does not exceed 110F. 39. Observed a set of window blinds were damaged in the school age room. **Keep all fixtures in good repair.
