General Comment: #17. Observed teacher work room/resource room unlocked containing coffee maker and container of coffee. Keep teacher resource room locked! Teacher resource room locked at time of inspection.***Hot water at areas accessible to children shall not exceed 120°F. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e).#19. Observed water pressure too high on water fountain at entrance to back building. Adjust water pressure and mouth guard on water fountain to prevent water from splashing onto the floor.***Water pressure at drinking fountains must be high enough so that water clears mouth nozzle, and so that water does not splash on the floor. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (f). #39. Provide end cap for light shield/light fixture in teacher resource room.***Light bulbs must be shatterproof or shielded. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (a). #44. Clean grass from drain in can wash. Ms. Tawanta Johnson and Ms. Jean Woodley present at time of inspection.
