General Comment: #34. Clean underside edge of table where children eat at in 2's/3's room. Monitor and replace hand washing stool in 2's/3's bathroom if needed. Observed wood on hand washing stool starting to swell and eventually the wood will starting flaking and falling apart.***Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). #21. Observed faucet fixture on hand washing sink in pre school bathroom pitting. Replace pitting faucet fixture on hand washing sink.***Keep hand washing sinks clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (a). Ms. Etta Harrison, Ms. Tawanta Johnson and Ms. Jean Woodley present at time of inspection.
