Wipe/clean top of computer monitor in after school room.**Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). #21. Loose toilet seat tighten at time of inspection in pre school room. **Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a).
