General Comments

General Comment: #12. Observed gasket on refrigeration unit in kitchen starting to split. Monitor and replace damaged gasket on refrigeration unit in kitchen. Observed cooked taquitos rolls in refrigeration unit that was cooked for lunch and was to be used for 2nd shift.****NO VIOLATION!*** Informed director it was not a problem because it was not being used the next day. Just informed owner on how to properly cool food products. Mrs. Johnson had wood sealed 6/29/2014. CCA wood formed submitted at time of inspection and will be placed in office file. Mrs. Tawanta Johnson and Mrs. Jean Woodley present at time of inspection. #7. Place thermometer near front of refrigeration unit or in door of unit, not back of unit.

I recommend installing a door stopper behind bathroom door. Monitor hair line crack across ceiling in after school classroom and girls bathroom and repair if needed. Observed moulding around window in pre school and infant room missing exposing bare sheet rock. Replace missing moulding around window.
