NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #28 - (CRITICAL) Observed first aid kit on top of cabinet in bathroom with medication packets in it. Place lock on first aid kit or place box in a locked cabinet. #30 - Observed disinfectant and sanitizer being stored on a shelf less than 5 feet vertical distance from the floor above the diaper changing table. Solutions were moved to a higher shelf. **Approved non-hazardous products must be stored 5 ft above the floor or behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b), (c ) and (d). #33 - Observed caregiver state that infant linens are changed weekly. Ensure all linens used with children 12 months or younger are changed daily. Inspection was led by Savannah Parker and supervised by Tasharra Kenion.
