No demerits were issued for the following: 12. Observed bottle warmer in infant room in need of cleaning. **Bottle warming equipment shall be cleaned and sanitized at least daily and when visibly soiled. 15A NCAC 18A .2810 (f) (1) and .2804 (d).

During the previous inspection hot water in the classrooms was too high (118F) and the water heater was turned down. I was informed that the water heater was going to be replaced. When the water heater was turned down to fall within compliance in the classrooms, the kitchen water temperature fell below required level. Will follow-up with Director on when the new water heater will be installed. **The kitchen dishwashing sink shall be supplied with hot water at 120°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e).
