General Comment: -#5. Observed carton of eggs stored above other food products in refrigeration unit in kitchen. Store raw meat and raw eggs below and away from other food products. Carton of eggs properly stored at time of inspection. *****NEW***** Do not store specialty milk provided by parents in dorm refrigeration unit in room. Store specialty milk provided by parents in kitchen refrigeration unit. -#12. Monitor and replace(1) milk shelving in kitchen refrigeration unit showing rust.**Keep all food service equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (f) -#37. Touch-up paint in bathroom where paper towel dispenser was moved. Replace missing section of rubber cove base molding in Tryon room. Replace missing molding on bathroom half door between College and Davidson room.**Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.
