General Comments

General Comment: #28. Observed Epi pen stored in playground emergency bag and the bag itself was hanging on back of classroom door at 4 and 1/2 feet. Strap on bag adjusted so bag would not hang lower than five feet. Store . emergency medication 5 feet vertical distance out of reach of children.***Designated emergency medications shall be stored out of reach of children (5 ft above the floor). 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (d). Ms. Sonya Brendle present at time of inspection. **Observed special milk/milk from home labeled and dated in refrigeration unit. Have been advised from regional environmental health specialist that special milk/milk from home shall be sent home on Friday at the end of the week**
