NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #5 - Observed package of raw bacon being stored on a shelf above other ready-to-eat foods in reach-in cooler. **Raw meats, poultry, fish, shellfish, and eggs shall be stored on shelving beneath and separate from other foods. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (f) #29 - CRITICAL VIOLATION Observed chemical closet door unlocked in central area by kitchen. No children were present in the area at time. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b).
