Observed handle missing from refrigerator in need of repair in infant room. 18) Maintain backflow prevention on all hose bibs and threaded faucets. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (c). Observed backflow preventer installed on hose bib outside facility that was installed upside down. 28) Designated emergency medications shall be stored out of reach of children (5 ft above the floor). 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (d).
