The kitchen dishwashing sink shall be supplied with hot water at 120°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). Observed hot water reach 108F at 2 compartment sink kitchen. Director adjusted hot water heater during time of inspection and hot water reached 118F upon conclusion of inspection. EHS advises center to ensure hot water is maintained at a minimum of 120F at 2 compartment sink in kitchen at all times. |
