Observed damaged ceiling above kitchen table and in bathroom. Observed build-up on the walls and baseboards in the kitchen and around the handles of doors. There has been improvement with floor and wall cleaning. Observed staples in the wall next to play area in the child-care room. Remove staples to ensure children do not pull them out.
