Have water slightly turned up to provide water continuously at or above 120F.#27 Observed soapy water bottle in bathroom no labeled. Label all cleaning solutions. Observed debris collecting in corners of diaper changing surface.#49 Observed toys collecting water on playground, empty TV box on playground, open fish tank stored on table. Observed excess toys stored outside of fence with small climbing structure with slide detached. Keep all playground toys in good repair.Ms. Rhamonda was present during inspection.
