Rhamonda Hudson was present during the inspection.#7 - Observed the refrigerator thermometer fallen between shelves. **All thermometers in refrigerators shall be stored in the warmest part of the refrigerator and located to be easily readable. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (h) (1).#31 - Observed a package of diapers were stored under the bathroom hand sink. **Do not store clean item beneath exposed sewer lines. Sealed containers for storage beneath sinks may be used.#32 - Observed the number labels on the pack-n-plays were worn and not ledgible. **Re-label all pack-n-plays used for napping. **All cribs, beds, cots and mats must be labeled with each individual child's name. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (c ).
