Clean walls throughout in bathrooms and classrooms. Thoroughly clean walls under paper towel dispenser in bathrooms, beside hand washing sink, around light switch and door framing to bathroom. Replace damaged floor tile near floor register in bathroom and classroom area. Repair wall in front of window area in pre k classroom area. Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. General Comment: #5. Observed teacher food(pizza) in a zip loc bag stored on top shelving in refrigeration unit. Teacher food properly stored and placed on lower shelving in refrigeration unit.**All food shall be stored and handled in a manner that protects it from contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (d),(f), .2807 (b), and .2808 (e). Ms. White and Mrs. McCrory present at time of inspection. |
