General Comment: #34. Observed soiled foot stool in boys bathroom. Clean foot stool in bathroom. Protruding nail on top of toy shelving nailed in at time of inspection. Wipe/dust computer monitor, base and key board.**Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). #49. Repair protruding nails and screws on railing on handicap ramp on front and side of daycare.**Keep the premises clean and free of dilapidated structures and broken play equipment. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (a). No CCA wood. Mrs. Nettie and Mrs. Mary Vaughn present at time of inspection.
