General Comment: #34. Observed laminate loose on cabinet door. Tightly secure and seal loose laminate and paint exposed bare wood where laminate is missing.**Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). Did not observe a trash can in kitchenette area. Provide a trash can in kitchenette area near hand sink. Mrs. Nettie present at time of inspection. No CCA wood.
