Replace gasket on up-right rfrigeration unit door in kitchen starting to split.**Keep all non-food contact surfaces and equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (f) and .2809 (1) and (3). #39. Replace damaged blinds over window in bathroom within infant room or just remove blinds.**Keep all light fixtures clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (a). #44. Clean leaves from base of can wash.**Maintain a fully operating can wash or mop sink at all times. 15A NCAC 18A .2830 (b). #49. Store items on playground so they do not hold or collect water.
