Observed worn fixtures throughout in rooms. Observed varnish/sealant worn off of furnitures/fixtures. Either replace or refurbish worn furniture throughout in classrooms(toddler, pre k, 3's and 2's). Observed nic on vinyl chair in 3's room and back classroom that is not being used. Either repair or replace damaged chair. Replace damaged(splintering wood) sensory table cover in 3's room.

Observed floors, walls and ceiling damaged in toddler room. Repair wall around front window area in toddler room. Repair ceiling and repaint ceiling in toddler room. Monitor and repair ceiling in pre k classroom and bathroom. Repair floor in toddler room where floor tiles transition to the laminate flooring. Clean bathroom door in pre k classroom. Tighten door handle leading into the 3's room. Repair transitional floor moulding entering into the kitchen area. Wipe/clean walls throughout where needed.

Observed old wooden toy furniture which paint was coming off within the playground area. Old wooden furniture remove from playground at time of inspection. Observed old weathered/stain toys in infant/toddler playground area. Replace weathered/stained toys in playground area. Clean toys fixture on the playground when weather permits. Observed gutter full of leaves and tree growth in gutters. Clean leaves and growth from gutters.
Keep the premises clean and free of dilapidated structures and broken play equipment. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (a). |
