LEAD SWAB TEST PERFORMED ON BEAM UNDER BREEZE WAY, RAILING, STORAGE SHED AND BOARD ACROSS FRONT WINDOW AND RESULTS WERE NEGATIVE FOR LEAD! Clean out gutters.
