General Comment: #12. Observed stained and deep grooved cutting board. Cutting board was discarded at time of inspection. Monitor small 8oz. plastic cups used in center. Notice some of the plastic cups stained and felt sticky due to the chlroine breaking down the plastic. Replace stained/ sticky cups.**Keep all food service equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (f) #29. Observed chemical cabinet within kitchen area unlocked. Keep chemical cabinet door locked at all times! Chemical cabinet door locked at time of inspection.**All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). No CCA wood. Mrs. Nettie present at time of inspection.
