No Demerits Issued: 32. Observed torn mattresses in Little Angels' and Eager Beavers' room. Mattresses were removed and replaced. Observed one child sleeping on a mat less than 2 inches. Mat was removed and replaced during inspection. **All sleeping mats, used during nap time, shall be waterproof, washable, and at least 2 inches thick. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (b). 39. Observed dust build up on vent cover in Spirited Sprites' bathroom. Needs to be cleaned. **Keep all ventilation related equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (b). 42. Observed no mat/cot in designated sick area. Mat was provided by operator. **Designated sick areas shall be equipped with a bed, cot, or mat and a vomitus receptacle. 15A NCAC 18A .2827 (b).
