No demerits were issued for the following: 23. Observed no handwash sign at the restroom between the toddler and infant room. Needs to be provided. **Hand washing signs shall be posted at all hand washing areas. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (e) 26. Observed test strips expired in the kitchen. Expired in 2013. **Provide test strips for the chlorine disinfectant. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (c ) 39. Observed dust build up on the vent cover in the women's restroom. Needs to be cleaned. **Keep all ventilation related equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (b).
