General comments: No points taken. Observed opened bag of vegetable sticks in the child care cabinet in the kitchen. The bag was closed with a clothes pin and must be stored in a clean, tightly covered storage container once opened. Observed rack in freezer of 3's room is rusting. Needs to be kept in good repair. Observed splitting turf to the toddler play ground entrance from parking lot. Needs repair. Observed two birds nests in the 3's and 4's play ground shed. Caroline Cleary conducted the inspection and typed the report under Stephen Graham's supervision.
