Mr. Brent Bitter rec. report.**No CCA wood present.**Carpets cleaned 6/21/13.**Areas inspected: 2 upstairs classrooms, 3 downstairs classrooms, kitchen, laundry, hall bathrooms up/down stairs, 2 playgrounds.GC #25: Observed diaper changing pad not properly disinfected, sanitizer was used to spray off pad.The diaper changing surface shall be properly disinfected between each child. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (c ).GC #5: Do not cut apples/fruit in classrooms. Cut in kitchen where have approved cutting surface utensil storage.**All food shall be stored and handled in a manner that protects it from contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (d),(f), .2807 (b), and .2808 (e).
